2. What data we use

  • For tax invoices: name or company name, RFC (Mexican tax ID), postal code and tax regime, CFDI use, email address and your receipt details (folio, station or ticket number).
  • For orders and questions: name and phone number, or the email address you write from.
  • When you visit this website: technical browsing data such as device type, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

3. Why we use it

  • To issue and send your tax invoices (CFDI) and meet our tax obligations.
  • To handle takeout orders, questions, complaints and suggestions.
  • To keep this website running and secure, and to see in aggregate which pages are used most so we can improve it.

These purposes are necessary to provide the service you request or to comply with the law, so they don't require your consent. We currently don't use your data for advertising or marketing. If that changes, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent when the law requires it.

4. Who we share it with

  • Mexico's tax authority (SAT) and the certification provider (PAC) that stamps invoices, as required by tax law.
  • Service providers that help us operate, such as the invoicing systems, this website's hosting and visitor analytics. They may only use your data to provide that service to us.
  • Authorities, when required by law or by an order from a competent authority.

We do not sell or rent your data.

5. Cookies

This website may use its own and third-party cookies (for example, Google Maps and Google Analytics, which we use to know how many people visit the site and which sections they use) to work, remember the location you chose and measure visits. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; the site will keep working, although some features, like maps, may not display.

6. Your rights (ARCO)

You may ask to access your data, correct it if it's wrong, cancel it or object to its use for a given purpose, and you may revoke your consent or limit its use. Invoices already issued and data that tax law requires us to keep cannot be deleted while that obligation lasts.

Email us at administracion@losahijados.com.mx with:

  • Your name and a way to reply to you.
  • An official ID, yours or your legal representative's.
  • Which right you want to exercise and over which data.
  • Any detail that helps us find it, such as your invoice folio.

We'll reply through the same channel within the time limits set by law.

7. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date.

If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may contact the competent authority, currently Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
